| Comments | This test should be used only for patients who are compromised hosts, or who have a history of foreign travel. For other patients, see Parasite Screen. Test not performed after >3 days hospitalization. One Specimen is usually adequate in most cases: up to 3 specimens, 24 hours apart accepted. Only one stool will be accepted for each patient per day.
